2. If your computer is in deep sleep mode,pls wake it up first and then unlock.

3. The camera’s privacy shutter can be turned off as you wish,but it should be turned on before unlocking the Windows OS via Windows Hello Face.

or 2, Create a new standard Administrator user and access Windows Hello in that account.
